Booking your first appointment
No doctor's note or referral is necessary. You can book your first session on our website. You can decide if you want to move forward to further sessions after the first appointment.
Payment
Accepting online Credit Card, cash and E-transfer payment.
Payment is due prior to each session. You will be e-mailed a receipt within 48 hours of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you and prevents others from booking that time. Lumiwood Therapy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise you will be charged for half of the session fee.
